Update (September, 2026) dropped two stars, leaky roof getting worse! Timeline - Jan, 2024: Pool with enclosure completed Mar, 2024: Enclosure leaks every time it rains, water running down side of the house, splashing furniture under the roof.  Warranty guy came out and attempted to repair it, but ultimately was unsuccessful Nov, 2025: reached out to American Pools, told them that the leak was getting worse.  They told me that I had waited too long, and it was my problem, not theirs. Sep, 2026, the leak is now 10x worse every time it rains. The pool is great, but I hate how everything under their roof gets wet with splashing water every time it rains. Life is busy, and I wish that I had reached out to them sooner, but now every time I see the pool, I think about the growing leak.  Not a great experience. See my video of the ever-growing problem. ---- Update (November, 2025) - Jamie From the warranty department came out today to assist me with some things. He not only answered all of my concerns to my total satisfaction, but he also went above and beyond by inspecting every part of my pool.  He found and replaced a part (PVR) that was in need of replacement that I was unaware of. Really appreciate the great service! Love my new pool with enclosure and solar panels Worth the cost to have it done by professionals who followed every step meticulously and always included inspections by the county This gives me great peace of mind that my pool will be enjoyed for many years to come Update Today my salt cell was replaced because the original Pentair had gone bad. From our first meeting with Jonas through every phase of construction, American Pool & Spa has been amazing to work with. Their communication has been exceptional, and every step of the project has been thoroughly documented and explained. Dawn, our project coordinator, has been wonderful about providing timely follow-up and keeping us informed as the project progresses. They have truly exceeded our expectations. While our pool is now entering the final phase, we can already see that it is going to be amazing! Any question or concern we’ve had has been addressed immediately and professionally. This is one of the best decisions we have made lately. We use it every evening and our sleep quality has improved by miles. REM sleep increased consistently by 35% (as by my apple watch). I don’t wake up in the night. That results in more energy and more productivity during the day. Veronica was excellent when we went to choose ours. Super kind and helpful and friendly. We have continued to have excellent customer support and communication from Jonas Anderson. Currently we had a leak which, Jamie Marrero came out and repaired. American Pools not only did a fantastic job with building my pool , the pool service  is outstanding as well. Jaimie is courteous and helped me understand my new pool. American pools has a gem in Jaimie, he has years of expertise and I am thrilled with the service that is provided. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with pool operations and is responsive to calls. This is a great company!  We love the pool resurfacing job, and the follow-up was terrific! There were a couple of issues on the surface prep and on some of the control panel settings after the job was done. They addressed both quickly and fixed the issues. Robert was very responsive and Dennis came out and delt with the issues in top notch form! Dennis went above and beyond and made sure all the settings were correct and made sure I understood the issues and how the settings should look in the future. I am thoroughly satisfied.  Highly recommend!!!
